She made several calls to the resort to ensure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful experience. She always kept me informed of any changes and was very responsive to any inquiry and made sure were were in line with any of the Covid requirements. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed!

Nicole was my travel agent and she was very helpful, professional and she kept me updated on pertinent info needed in regards to Covid for traveling to Hawaii.
